Cancellation Policy:


Your favorite stylist's time is valuable, so we have a policy that gives them an opportunity to serve another client if you realize you can't make it here for your appointment.

  • A deposit of 50% will be due when you book an appointment with us.
  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or rebook your visit.
  • If you are a no-show for your appointment, you will not be able to make another appointment until 100% of your missed appointment's price has been paid.
  • If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, we will keep your 50% deposit (or you will be responsible for paying 50% of the price of the original appointment before you can make another appointment with us).


COVID-19 Policy:


We take COVID-19 very seriously. If you are experiencing any symptoms of a cold, flu, COVID-19, or any other illness, please don't visit us today! Call us the moment your symptoms start so we can arrange to treat you another time, and to allow your stylist an opportunity to serve someone else in need. We ask all unvaccinated clients to wear a facemask that loops around the ears at all times, and we will provide a disposable facemask if you need one. We adhere to all mandates and regulations in effect at the time of your appointment, sanitize surfaces throughout the day, and offer hand sanitizer throughout the salon.
