All clients are asked to please wear a mask that loops around the ears. We have some disposables available, but it helps to
prioritize those to clients without access. No one is permitted in the shop without a mask.
Travel light. If you don't need something for your appointment, we ask that you leave it at home or in your car. This includes bags,
extra clothing, friends, etc.
Please be on time for your appointment. This is always an important part of having a positive salon experience, but now it’s
crucial. Cleaning and disinfecting properly takes extra time and the client after you cannot wait inside the building while you’re there. Please be respectful to your stylist and the person
behind you and be on time. We understand that things happen, so please give us a call with any questions or concerns.
If you are experiencing any symptoms, please cancel your appointment. We will do whatever we can do
to get you in at your desired time when you’re well again and you will not be penalized and all deposits will be returned.
