You'll receive a form the day of your appointment so you can let us know your masking preferences. The day of your appointment
you will receive a digital form where you can request to have your stylist wear a mask. We have some disposables available for those who need it. If mandates are reinstated we will be
requiring masks to be worn at all times! This form also allows you to pick a treatment, beverage, snack, or show us your inspiration photo!
Travel light. If you don't need something for your appointment, we ask that you leave it at home or in your car. This includes bags,
extra clothing, friends, etc.
Please be on time for your appointment. This is always an important part of having a positive salon experience, but now it’s
crucial. Cleaning and disinfecting properly takes extra time and the client after you cannot wait inside the building while you’re there. Please be respectful to your stylist and the person
behind you and be on time. We understand that things happen, so please give us a call with any questions or concerns.
If you are experiencing any symptoms, please cancel your appointment. We will do whatever we can do
to get you in at your desired time when you’re well again and you will not be penalized and all deposits will be returned.
