We will be increasing our hours so each stylist can return as they feel comfortable while maintaining Phase 1 reopening standards. Baltimore City's Phase 1 Guidelines state we are able to open by appointment only, with 25% maximum occupancy. After providing services to each customer, appropriate cleaning will need to take place per CDC and Maryland Department of Health guidelines. 


Some stylists will offer online booking right away, some will be booking themselves before switching back to online booking. If, when using our booking software, you don't see your stylist available, please email the Front Desk or call us at 410-646-8115 we will let you know when your stylist is available.

  • All clients are asked to please wear a mask that loops around the ears.  We have some disposables available, but it helps to prioritize those to clients without access. No one is permitted in the shop without a mask.
  • Travel light. If you don't need something for your appointment, we ask that you leave it at home or in your car. This includes bags, extra clothing, friends, etc.
  • Check in before sitting down.  We are doing our best to keep you comfortable while you wait, but please check in first. Some days we will have an outdoor seating area, but other days you may be asked to wait in your car.
  • Please be on time for your appointment. This is always an important part of having a positive salon experience, but now it’s crucial. Cleaning and disinfecting properly takes extra time and the client after you cannot wait inside the building while you’re there. Please be respectful to your stylist and the person behind you and be on time. We understand that things happen, so please give us a call with any questions or concerns.
  • If you are experiencing any symptoms, please cancel your appointment. We will do whatever we can do to get you in at your desired time when you’re well again and you will not be penalized and all deposits will be returned.
